Sandra Chittick

Integrative Counsellor

You may already know what you want from therapy or you may feel that something is not quite right but you’re not sure what. Perhaps you’re looking for help to make sense of your current feelings. Maybe you are feeling painful emotions or want to improve relationships or get a better understanding of yourself. Perhaps you're feeling unsettled due to bereavement, separation, or health issues. Maybe you're feeling anxiety or stress. Well done for admitting that things aren't quite right and for starting your journey to bring back control. Counselling can provide a confidential space to bring clarity and order to your thoughts.

I am here to listen and support you, helping you to find your own solutions to move forward or reach your goal. I can offer a confidential space for you to voice your thoughts and, together, we can look for ways to process and understand them. Counselling is a conversation where we can explore what’s going on for you now and bring order to your thoughts. Together, we can tailor therapy that suits your needs. I can provide long or short-term therapy and I use a range of techniques to help you move forward or reach your goal.

I am an integrative counsellor, integrating person-centred with psychodynamic therapy - that simply means that we work together to look at how you’re currently feeling and sometimes look at the past to bring understanding to the present. Get in touch with me and we can start a conversation on your path to change. Change is amazing.
