Iskra Lindner
Integrative Psychotherapist
Hello there. I offer relational, embodied, trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy in Shoreditch and online.Â
The depth of my training equips me to work with a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, challenges around difference and belonging, infertility, IVF and perinatal issues.
I believe that therapy is about a deeply human connection. It is within an attuned and embodied relationship that change becomes possible, not through technique alone, but through being met, understood and supported in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.Â
In our work together, I will draw on a number of depth-oriented approaches: relational psychoanalysis, somatic experiencing and body psychotherapy, humanistic, existential and psychodynamic traditions, trauma theory, attachment theory, as well as mindfulness. This allows me the freedom to shape the therapy around you, rather than fit you into a particular model. It also means that our work can remain responsive, flexible and grounded in your lived experience.
