Therapy Space East

With this service we aim to provide the local community with affordable psychotherapy. The therapists offering this service are trainee therapists coming to the end of their training from leading universities and schools of psychotherapy and counselling.

Our team of trainee therapists offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to help you navigate a wide range of issues. Whether you would like to explore something specific, feel the need to make changes in your relationships, or more generally in your life, or whether you seek personal development, your therapist will support you.

Fee: £40 per session

Sessions are held in person in our centre in Shoreditch. Our therapy model involves weekly sessions with the same therapist for one year (renewable if needed). We encourage you to make use of the full year as this longer-term approach will allow to deeply explore the roots of your difficulties. However, it is possible to end therapy earlier; we suggest you discuss this with your therapist.

This service is for people over 18 who are not in a financial position to access long-term psychotherapy at a regular fee.

Our trainee therapists are members of or working towards registration and accreditation with the following professional bodies: upca, UKCP, BACP and BPS. They are supervised by a team of experienced qualified psychotherapists.​​
