About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified BACP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I believe therapy should be approachable. I want you to be able to bring all of yourself into our sessions, without any fear of judgement.

Practice description

In our life journey we go through many ups and downs. I believe in the importance of understanding this, and why we put or find ourselves in specific situations, or choose certain people to be in our lives. I aim to help you understand and explore past patterns that have been destructive or challenging. Maybe a romantic relationship has broken down, or you’ve found that you’re treating yourself in unkind ways. I’m very interested to talk with you, to understand why we are where we are, and to discover how we can make key changes.

I have experience working with addiction, substance abuse, relationships, sexual abuse, and bullying, amongst many other things. Taking that step into therapy and reaching out to a therapist can be an intimidating one. Well, I’m here waiting and I invite you into this non-judgemental space, where there is no fear, and no pressure.

The therapeutic relationship we develop will be key, so please take that step and contact me for a free ‘get to know one another’ chat, a conversation in which we can discover what it is you’d like to achieve, and what I can offer you.

Individual therapy: £50 per session (50min)
